Using the Chat

The chat is the fastest way to find companies and contacts in Orbital. Just describe what you're looking for — no filters, no setup — and it pulls the data instantly.

How to Use It

Step 1 — Describe what you need Type your request in plain English in the input box at the bottom.

Examples:

• "[Industry] companies in [location]"

• "[Industry] businesses with 50+ employees and verified contact emails"

Step 2 — Answer the follow-up questions The chat may ask 2–3 quick questions to sharpen the results — things like geography, company size, or contact type. Answer and hit send.

Step 3 — Review your results You'll get a written summary on the left with key insights, and a live canvas on the right showing total company and contact counts, a breakdown by state and company size, and a preview of matching records.

Step 4 — Refine if needed Quick-action buttons appear at the bottom based on your results. One click to narrow things down — or just type your next request naturally.

Step 5 — Take action Export, push to your CRM, or save as a list directly from the canvas.
